Baked Pear Stuffed with Brie and Walnuts – Melissa

Ingredients

1/4 cup softened Brie cheese
1/8 cup chopped Walnuts
1 sheet prosciutto

Instructions

Core pear from bottom leaving the pear whole. Combine cheese and walnuts. Stuff the cavity of the pear with the mixture. Drape a sheet of prosciutto around the pear. Brush with a little olive oil.

Bake on sheet pan at 350 for 15 minutes.
